Moneybookers

Wondering if anyone has used MB with their ebay accs and what are your thoughts, pluses and minuses. I am sooo fed up with paypal's bs that i am thinking of usin MB with my ebay account.

Also 2 questions for people who use MB with their ebays account: does MB ask for ssn? And when do they release payment to you into your bank account? I read on their website that it only takes 2-3 days but i want to know from people who actualy have been through this.

Yes, i've used MB before with no problems, and they are great, except it takes forever for you to receive your money.

MB does not ask for ssn, at least during the time i signed up, i doubt they do now.

It takes about a month to receive your money, not 2-3 days.

that's great info, thanks
one more question though: do they place a hold or limitation if you transfer money from your MB account to another MB account?

Also worth noting is that if you are on eb ay, buyers will still push you for use of their paypal. As for transferring, I have not done this so I don't know about limitations.

Are sales with MB noticably lower than with paypal?

I noticed a 10% drop in sales with MB, same for Paymate, I like paymate better because you get the money faster than MB, but with paymate alot of customers credit cards didn't go through, but anything is better than pp in my opinion. They are also emailed when their credit cards have cleared, that's another plus for Paymate.

As far as transferring MB money to another account you'll have to call, or email them, and they'll get back to you on that.

My main concern is that they do not limit my account when i try to withdraw or send money. Does MB or Paymate do that?
