Link from ship to address on suspended account?
 

Hi, had a question about linking through addresses. Have a pre-07 account with a verified PP account that belonged to my gf that I am in the process of (carefully) setting up to sell through. I was going to use her school address as her registered address as well as the shipping address, but just remembered that I had a couple things sent to this address through my MC999 account. I'd assume this address is done for but she already had it registered with PP so not much I can do about that. I will never use it again, but do you think this has doomed my account? I know they don't have to have much to link accounts. Even if she provides a SSN and driver's ID, etc, will they end it for good if they link her PP address with my MC999's ship to address?

Would you recommend registering her account under the address on her license (verifiable if there's an ID check, and not linked to my account) and then having everything sent to a UPS box? Or is it hopeless because of the address situation?

My opinion. Addresses change. People move. Look when your act. was registered. Hers. Then compare. If there is around 5-6 months in between...you should be good.

My account was an '05 and hers is an '07 so in that respect I should be good. The problem is that I shipped an item from my account to her exact address, including her name. No real way getting around that link.

If they are suspicious and link the two accounts by this address, can I get out of it by having her provide SSN and driver's license, etc. and showing eBay that it is a unique account with a legit owner or will they close the account regardless?
