you mean 3 paypal account linked with one ebay.

What was the reason they block your account.

Anyways don't need to wait. Open a new account BUT through VPN connection because your IP will be identify and your blocked and new account will automatically indefintely closed.

Comme boosters avait dit, il n'y a pas grande solution a ton probleme avec pa yp al - a cause qu'il a declare qu'il faut que tu attend 180 jours, cette compte-ci est fini =( Desole a te dire mais il n'y a rien que tu peux faire.

Ha wow - I was saying to the OP registered in France that the paypal account is done. There is no way to save the account if they have permanently blocked you.
