Using Same Bank On New EBay Account for PayPal

My EBay was closed a month ago and my PayPal is fine and stayed open.
can i close my paypal and reopen a new eBay and Paypal without getting linked.
Will eBay notice my bank and link me from previously getting suspended by them?

Yes, they keep your bank numbers, you could open up a savings account and use that and be fine
