Require immediate payment problem

Hi there, i am having problem turning on "Require immediate payment" option.

In "Choose how you'd like to sell your item" section I set a price for both "Buy It Now price" and "Starting price".
Then i go to "Decide how you'd like to be paid" section and click on "Add or remove options" and here i am supposed to find a checkbox with "Require immediate payment".
But it is not there... only payment options :

ProPay

Other payment methods
Receive payment upon pickup

Oh btw of course all this is happening with paypal payment option turned on.
I even turned paypal as my preferred payment method, and linked ebay account in paypal auction section. Nothing helps... and i already have 6 items unpaid because of it, with selling limit 10 items in month :P

So any help would be very appreciated!

You have to set up as a fixed price format rather than auction format, that may be where the problem is??

Ensure that the PayPal account linked is a Premier or Business account.
