Those disputes buyers file against sellers

Well eBay finally answered my question today that I asked weeks ago...

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your dispute console concerns.

While eBay does allow for buyers to file a dispute against the seller,
no action is taken directly against the seller's account because of the
dispute closing. In this situation, no strike is, or will be issued to
your account over this dispute.

I had to ask several times for them to answer. Most of the time on anything if I ask ebay, they'll ignore anything beyond the first sentence.
