HELP! With ebay listing index

Ok so this is what happen....

I listed an item on ebay. I looked up the item on the search engine it was there. Then 5 minutes later I looked it up again and my item is NOT there.

I check my active listing and it still shows as active. Is there any reason why my listing would show then after 5 minutes it doesnt show? Please help thanks!
