What's up guys couple of paypal questions
 

I have a couple of questions.

I sold items back in 2000, My account got suspended for some bull****. I forget exactly the reason.

I had another account that I started back in 04 I have about 100 feedbacks and I just listed a few items to sell on there today.

I have a paypal account from 200 I have 317 verified transactions in there. I never had a problem with paypal. This was in the pre-paypal monopoly days.
I have transferred over 1000 a month in the past but I haven't transferred in a while since 2001.


I'm importing some items to sell on ebay. I have a few different items to sell and wanted to split it up into different accounts.

For example one Paypal and Ebay account for Auto Products
one paypal and ebay for Vitamin products Etc.

I'm doing it under my own name and address for each account.
I registered a new paypal and sellers account.

I have sinced moved since I was suspended to a new address. I was in FL
now I'm NY

Is it legal for me to have a different paypal and different Seller account for each business?

The only reason I'm doing it this way is that it helps me keep track of it.
Will I have a problem with my old paypal account now that I plan to take more than 1k a month out of it?
I'm not selling VERO just a bunch of other items.

The suspension was long before ebay and paypal were sharing information. I've had this other account for a while also

I believe your allowed to legally have two Paypal accounts, but I'm not sure about eBay. Regardless, since your using the same info on each account, if one account gets suspended, then all of them will come tumbling down. Your better off having completely different information on each account (name, address, phone #, etc.)

is an ebay suspension lifetime?

Well, they may or may not tell you in their email.
Mine, they say was Permanent, but Ive emailed them twice in 6 months, I'm gonna wait till the year is up and email again, or just fax in the appeal papers with my id..it cant hurt.. All they can say,, is NO.. :)
(My suspension was for stupid stuff, and all my accts were solid,100%fb)..
All we can all do, is Hope..:)

i actually got reinstated from permanent suspensions for a few of my accounts(which were banned for feedback gouging), so just like ebayhateluv said, never hurts to fax in reinstatement papers occasionally!

Well I'll see what happens this week. Hopefully I don't have to get all rogue.

ebay/paypal are joined. There is a chance of old suspended information sitting
on file waiting to raise a flag and poof you are suspended again. If your account
is one created B4 11/2007 try your best to keep it working.

well I'm about to order 20k in inventory so hopefully I don't have a problem. I have a contingency plan if anything goes wrong. I hope I don't have to use it

***WARNING WARNING*** Ebay may not like that sudden activity and a lot
will depend on the type of inventory, how you got the inventory. Have you
thought this out carefully? What are you going to sell?

Don't use your old pp account that has been associated your suspended ebay accounts, they will link it and suspend your ebay account. This info is in numerous places on the board, have you read the aspkin guide yet?

I don't think you should use the same credit card that you used on your previous paypal account.
