apealing case that was in favor of buyer
 

A buyer opened a case on ebay stating the item was not as described, I responded to the case and asked them to return the auction to me which was a $200 item. 2 weeks go by and I never received the return, the buyer then escalated the case to ebay support and they decided in the buyers favor and issued a refund to them, even though there was no proof they actually returned the item. I want to appeal the case, but how do I go about winning it and getting my money back?

You need to call up eb ay and say that the item was not returned with tracking - you had given the option of return for refund. I don't see why they do this with no proof - standard policy is for return for refund.
