How to handle non paying customers
 

I sell in fixed price format and Ive noticed that if someone doesnt pay immediately he will never pay.. now this is been like this with every single person who hasnt payed me immidiately Im wondering if anyone has a techniqe for handling these guys.
the thing is they dont respond to my messages either, I usally send one message a day afterwards telling them I need the payment to ship the item and also another one after a couple of days saying I still havnt got the payment..
this doesnt elicit a response from them, should I be more aggressive meaning "please remember non payment of an item will get you banned from eBay" or something to that affect?

When creating a new listing, check the box right under the Paypal Logo which reads require immediate payment when using Buy it Now

Normally, it won't show up if you have never listed an item with such option enabled. You'll have to enable it using the "Add or Remove Option" link under the payment section when creating the listing.

Just adding that you can't access that option without a Premier or Business PP aco****
