Need a US Bank account - Living in the UK.
Hi,
Is it at all possible for me to gain a US bank account while still living
in the United Kingdom?. - I came close with Netspend, they had my old address in California (not residential). I had the card sent over but something went wrong, I think they wanted a SS number which I don't have.

Update: I just ordered a new card, it says order complete I will get my card in 10 days time.
If anything goes wrong, I will just have to call them up. |
