Anyone else read ebay's notice?

New sellers and sellers who don't meet ebay's strict DSR's will have their Money held for up to an unlimited time till they feel it's safe to release the funds. No more 3 days after delivery or feedback left anymore.

Also shipping fees are now included in the FvF.

This new policy is making my head spin!

This sucks...

Now FVF on the item cost is 9% AND 9% for shipping not counting PayPal's 2.8%

so total we're paying about 20.8% in fees. Dammit!

what is the status of paypal holds on new accounts? i have found that the first 4-5 payments get no holds. anyone have a payment over $100 NOT be held on a new account?
