Can I sell a screen protector of a brand cell phone or is that high risk?
 

Is using a a brand name of a phone for an accessory like a screen protector copyright infringement? Say I sold an iPhone 4 Screen Protector and used Apple iPhone 4 in my title, is that high risk? My account is quite new and don't want to sound any alarms.

I've done it plenty of times myself but have also been suspended for feedback manipulation which is only 30 days, not a problem for me is for alot of other people, but have never listed it as my 1st item.

I gave it a go. I'll report back what happens.

I used to sell a certain item for ipods/iphones/ipads.

On a new account they would only let me sell one (!) per month.

Anything phone listing related is risky on a new account.

Limits are often imposed - more stealth accounts is the temporary solution.

I think your wrong, if the item is not branded i.e screen protectors, cases your ok. Basically let's not sell anything, they're going to block us!

I have a question.. So if you sell something small like screen protectors, and offer free shipping how do you ship the cheapest?

I was selling screen protectors just to gain some quick seller feedback.

Are you sure it was screen protectors you were selling? These are non branded items, where they should not suspect you at all for selling counterfeits.

My advice Is move on if they are In deed blocking you for selling genuine goods such as screen protectors then what is the point?

Maybe you were selling other risky items as well as screen protectors hence triggering a review and suspension.

Its probably due to the keywords such as APPLE or IPHONE

You'll draw attention to yourself if using the APPLE or IPHONE words.

Why not try something non risky, there are so many items that you can sell instead of Screen Protectors.......
