Ebay verification

Ebay had its verification data base down for a few days last week and I needed to have the account verified.
Last night tried again and was put on hold the told I was being transferred to the Trust & something Dept.... AS I am being transfered Auctiva sent an email that my ebay account was suspened.....So I hung up.

Has anyone heard of the Dept???????
