New twist to an old account

Almost 2 year old account that has 15 feedback that I pulled out of the closet to use and listed a few things. Already received some great feedback and yesterday I get a message that all transactions with be put on a 21 day hold.

Has anyone experienced this with an account that is 2 years old?

Ebay has changed, no matter how old the account is you will receive the 21 day hold due to you not using the account for a long time.

It no longer matters how old the account is. If it has low feedback, this will happen.
