Adding multiple accounts to 1 Paypal

I recently tried to add a 3rd eBay to my one paypal account and when listing on eBay I got a message that said cannot add this paypal account. Anyone had this problem? What should I do?

You can't have more than 2 eB accounts for 1 PP account.

Actually you can have multiple eBay accounts per PayPal if you want to. Risky I know, but possible:
