Noticed this doing ebay item research...
 

I was looking up some items on ebay to research the prices. I saw a seller with an item listed for a "buy it now" $9,200.00 -- He also has 46 other items listed, has 11 feedbacks, and has only been a member since Feb. 14, 2011

How can he do this with all the limits on e bay and pp? I'm a little confused, any wise answers for this?

First wise answer would be that he has not been caught by eb ay OR he does not understand how things work and has been "lucky".

Second plausible answer is that this is not his first account with eb ay and he has ties to multiple SOLID accounts.

What does he have listed at that buy it now? PM if you want - his pa yp al account may be solid from other account activities - or he might have merchant status.

The other thing I noticed is that he is ID Verified. I read about it and that seems to open up alot of opportunities...Obviously not a stealth account...

Checking PM now. Yes ID verification would help quite a bit - doable with stealth ha but much harder.

Something tells me he/she has other solid accounts and this is just a newly added linked to the solid account.

I watch a seller in NC who has 5 accounts all going at the same time, his personal name in the listings with his address, same pictures, different names etc and now I found a 6th account with the same photos etc.

I know we are suppose to have limits to how many accounts we have but this one takes the cake because he has 500 items listed with many of them thousands of dollars and this newest account is a pretty much new.

This is why I am thinking the seller you are watching has some very good accounts behind the scenes and is not stealth.
