Someone Please Help Me :(
 

Hi, Well I have a bit of a problem. I have a new ebay account with 7 feedback rating. I recently sold a pair of shoes for $427.99. But I had surgery so it took a little longer than usual to ship so the buyer opened a case on me. I ended up shipping the shoes with tracking number. But ebay had my account suspended due to unpaid ebay seller costs so i couldnt log back on to my account, still cant. The buyer received the shoes but ebay still issues a full refund under their buyer protection plan seeing as how i couldnt respond to the case with my account being suspended. WHAT CAN I DO? As of right now im out of the shoes and $427.99!

you may have to call ebay! However please note that when you get suspended customers are cheeky and open cases just to get refunded. You can always respond to cases even if your account is suspended! Call ebay & paypalo.. pay your fees and appeal the case!

Your best bet would be to contact the buyer through their paypal email address and explain the situation. About you being in the hospitable for so long and how much the money means to you. If they are an honest moral person who are aware of the laws of karma, they will pay you.

I recently purchased something and the seller cancelled and refunded the transaction due to lack of stock. And then to my surprise, the item arrived at my door like 4 weeks later. I guess her dropshipper sent it out eventually. I went ahead and contacted the seller and paid her.

If I kept my mouth shut and just kept it without paying, I truly believe I will run into misfortune sooner or later. What goes around comes around.
