Yesterday I was suspended for MS169 with requirement to call? Any Hope?

eBay has suspended me for MS169 violation. Anyone know what that means?

I was selling books at first with an account that was fairly new. Was put a selling limit right away, because I posted 10 books of the same.

Then I started selling postcards as well to finish off the extra feedback I needed so I can run to PayMate, so I thought.

Since my ultimate goal was to sell high risk items, and I was upfront to PayMate, they said that they must see some sales in that category before approving my account.

So with 14 positive feedback I added 3 high risk items ranging around 200 a piece. All authentic. A few minutes before the auction was about to ended my account was suspended.

Any tips where it could of went wrong? My PayPal account is still working.

Maybe my postcards caught some attention since in my title it said postcards increase positive.

I had created some back up accounts. which still need more time of establishment before I can sell on them.

This has been the shortest journey, and the longest journey put together.
:faint:

Ok let me try to dissect a bit.

First - how fast after creation of account did you sell?

You buy anything?

Selling books - what - ebooks? 1 strike on a new account - especially SAME ones.

Sellnig postcards with increase positive in title could be considered Feedback manipulation? 1 strike.

3 High risk items - what were they?

I am especially interested to know how fast you started selling. Other answers are relevant to understand that you did play high risk right away. PM me if you need clarification.

I am quite positive you went gung ho and high risk too fast.

Yes. I started selling on the account about a week later. I sold physical books, not ebooks.

High risk items - apple devices

I started selling high risk items about 2 and a half week into the account had been created.

Its really hard to wait the full 30 days to begin selling.

Physical books is ok although the same one over and over could be problematic. Ah Apple devices - that would do it - and within a month of creation - 1 Apple device might have been ok but 3+ - definitely dangerous.

I know it's hard but THAT's why you should spread sales - make more accounts and proceed slowly.

So the only way out is to wait the full month per account?

Safer like that but some other people have tried and pushed through the system.
