Questions about opening Ebay store
 

Whats up guys. About a month ago I red the Stealth guide and viola I am still hanging on. I made about 4 different PP accounts, and attached 2 for each ebay accs. Anyways my question is this, If for example I start selling many items of expensive things, lets say jewelry or handbags or perfumes. Etc. And I only see people do it succesfully with ebay stores and BUSINESS PP accounts. So I DO have already a business PPL Account set up. Now my questions and Probably a healthy topic is about opening an ebay store and in how long I should do it after making an account. Will ebay and PPal actually try to authenticate that the items i sell are ORIGINAl and I get them from legit sellers? or is it better to stay just a regular joe selling them and pretending that u just have a bunch of high end items in your 500 million dollar estate =}. DISCUSS! =]

It's not ebay you have to worry about, it is the owner that forces ebay to pull your listings. No matter if your items are 100% legit, or not, if the rights owner feels your item isn't real, or just doesn't want you selling for whatever reason they will have ebay take them down.

As far as the ebay store, in my opinion, notice i said "MY OPINION", a store doesn't make a difference at all, and a waste of money for stealth accounts, or accounts period, money you can save in your pocket.

Ninja is correct. And their Pro-Stores are not really a part of eBay. They are a stand-alone peoduct where eBay provides the services of an e-commerce web host and charges you a percentage of your sales. THEY DO NOT FEED YOU TRAFFIC FOR PRO-STORES. The listings are NOT indexed in eBay.

If you were talking about their Pro-Stores, then I recommend you set up your site with a provider that charges a straight monthly fee. That way, eBay cannot shut down your eBay sales AND your website sales at the same time.
