authorize.net merchants
 

for you guys with authorize.net, how hard is it to get a merchant account? i know they require you to call in, but exactly what information do they ask for?

Well authorize.net is the actual gateway that u process through it not the actual merchant account processor, normally when u can in they set u up with a anet account that takes 2-3 days...after that they send your paper work to several merchants to see who is willing to pick u up as a company. They ask for Name, address, phones number, type of business, SSN or Tax ID, the normal.
