Update and quick question!
 

Hi guys,

So I've been selling on a stealth account for a few months. I made sure it is COMPLETELY stealth, there's seriously no way they can suspend me.
I've sold thousands of dollars worth of items.
I just have 1 quick question...

If I check my hotmail email (not ebay messages) for my emails from eBay (such as questions from buyers, "you have sold an item!", etc.), are they able to link me at all if I simply just look at the email, without clicking anything inside the email?
Please note I'm checking these emails from a suspensed IP address.
I'm guessing it would be safe as I'm not actually in eBay, I'm just in my hotmail email, but I just want to make sure they can't link me at all.

I've been doing it for a couple of weeks as it makes it so much easier for me so I can check my email on my phone (while on Wifi or on the go).

I think the standard rule is to have 'image display' disabled in your email settings.

You will know if the images are blocked because it says such sings as 'show content'.

I'm not sure if this is 100% correct or 100% safe, need other forum members support on this. :noidea:

Anyway here is the default image display settings for webmail clients:

Yahoo Mail On
Windows Live Mail Off
Gmail Off
.Mac On
Hotmail On
AOL On

On means that images are displayed. Off means that images are not displayed until the user decided to display them.
