!!!

Each has its pluses and minuses - set-up vs. longetivity; continuing activity vs. insta-bann-age...to each his own. I like both.

Gman91189 04-14-2011 02:44 PM

i think it also goes by what your selling...

I agree with GMAN

EBAY is set up for thieves, very dishonest compared to Amazon

It seems you can get kicked off of Amazon much easier than Ebay, their standards are really high

I prefer whichever one made me the most money last month...

Probably better though to save your REAL details for a rainy day and just go stealth on your first amazon. It would not be worth getting shutdown for good on your real details when you could have been using stealth.

I too am selling well on ebay and starting to get very curious about amazon. I've heard its a profit MONSTER!!

I think that you have a very good idea there. I have a lot of experience with Amazon, and yes, it IS true that it can be very profitable. But it is also trickier than eBay.

First, their technology is more advanced. Second, they don't put up with any nonsense. You MUST refund customers who request it, you cannot just say no refunds. eBay will warn you about selling counterfeits, Amazon will usually just ban you. Ship late, be rude to customers, be slow in answering questions from them and you WILL be banned.

To succeed on Amazon you really must be a professional seller, or at least be able to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ it. But if your merchandise is good quality and you offer fast shipping and good customer service, then you can make some nice money on Amazon.

A stealth account is an excellent way to see what it is like so that you don't end up burning your one chance at a REAL account.
