| | | HurricaneHuntr | 04-19-2011 09:18 AM | Ebay Buyer claims someone.... contacted them and that all my items are foofoo. How can someone contact them? Are they making this up because they found out later? i tried every way possible and it's impossible to contact another sellers winning bidders or buy it now winners.. Are they shooting me a line of BS to get out? They also tried to threaten negative if i didnt refund immediately... item hasnt shipped. I of course said no problem, but i was a douche to her... About how it's feedback extortion but i was just being passive agressive with her.Hopefully she doesn't leave a negative.I hate people so, i mean... .
I tried to be nice overall and asked her lots of questions like i was really could give a damn.. when really i dont. i just want her to admit she doesnt want it, or did some research AFTER winning... |

I have a question, do you know if your items could possibly be "foofoo"?
I don't know how someone contacted her though :noidea: how would they get her details? and how would they know she even dealt with you?. She left no feedback....

:peace: | interesting.. I would like to know that as well.. how did they get her details when she didn't leave feedback for the item? The customer doesnt want the goods and has obviously changed her mind. Send her a nice email and let her know that 'as part of your customer service satisfaction you aim to ensure that all customers are fully satisfied with their items purchased. As such if she has changed her mind about the item, you are more than happy to send a cancellation request for the items purchased and you do look forward to serving her in the near future. Kind regards, |

Arguing with the buyer will not get you anywhere. Sure, it sucks, but just do as the buyer asks and move on. This buyer sounds like a problem anyway - you are probably lucky this happened NOW, before the item was shipped. |

My only suggestion is that this kind of buyer could cause you headaches - why waste time? I would cancel, say have a nice day, welcome him/her to blocked bidders list and move on with other business. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:36 AM. | |
