About raising selling limits - new idea
 

OK so heres a thought about raising selling limits.
It occured to me that what is holding me back the most is the annoying selling limit on my account. I am literally trying to think on every way possible around it.

heres a new idea - you know when you try to raise the limits and they offer you to link your account to an established seller acount? Havnt tried that. What if we just create another account and then link it to another account that has its limits raised to lets say 2500 (which is where Im at right now)?
See, this might work, the only thing stopping me is that eBay will manualy look through my account (the one that has the limits raised) and see all the mischevous activity Ive been having there. They will close my account no doubt.
upside is that having the two accounts will set me up good and will keep me selling all throught the month.
any thoughts on this idea?

When you say link to another account...what do you mean? your own? Info must match so you are creating a link for sure.

yeah this new account will be linked to my own account, not be on its own.
doing that is very cheap, as it just requires creating a new email address and a new ebay account both very easy to do. the only idea is to get around the selling limits.

True - but you have to realize that the accounts are perma-linked so you lose, you could very well lose the other - stealth purpose is defeated.

ebay is getting stricter on all the users doing this.

You're not the 1st seller to try the idea. ebay has handed out 'generic' limits without ever giving reasonable explanation.
