Account balance not updated after fees payment
 

I have paid my fees with PP one time payment two hours ago and even if the payment has completed instantly, my EB account balance remains the same (the payment is not being reflected on it and it still shows an amount due). Usually I pay and the balance gets updated to 0 within a minute. It has been now two hours and nothing. Has anyone experienced the same? Thanks in advance.

Seen this happen - can be a server delay - should be ok in 6 hours or so - is it blocking you from listing?

Not at all, Rsot. It's just that the money has flown from my PP account and the transaction shows as "completed", but at the same time, my EB account balance remains the same as if no fees payment should have been sent.

Delay in pa yp al reporting - happens rarely. I would not worry about it too much - you have proof payment was made. Just move on - post if you have future problems from this.

Only thing I can see possibly happening - hope not for you - is a limitation in the works...IF anything bad can happen.

@kryunn Well if what rsot said is true, how long has it actually been since you paid your fees?

Updated: three hours after the payment, the account balance got updated.

It always took seconds, now three hours... wow!
