I sooo dont understand ebay/paypal!!?!?
 

Ok, so get this. One of my ebay accounts which is just shy of 2 months old, has 100% feedback with a score of (5). I just received a message from paypal saying that "Your payments are now available immediately" with no holds. I'm not complaining at all, just more or less confused I guess b/c none of my other accounts are getting this message.

I have been trying to determine why this one account is "special" and I can't pin-point anything. I sell the same items on all my accounts.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?

Very random - depends on what you sell and who you sell to too...it's actually interesting if you try to break it down - very much a waste of time.
