I sold something on ebay
 

Well, I sold something on eBay Saturday, and then the buyer paid immediately at auction close. So far soo good right? 2 HOURS LATER, SHE FILES A DISPUTE. Reason? NON-RECEIPT. Did she expect it to arrive in 2 hours? She isnt even responding to the emails. Should I ship it anyway and show tracking info, or should I just refund? I dont want to keep refunding and bringing attention to my account, so ship anyway?

If it is not an e-book, this sounds like a con. What was the item? Could anyone
recognize you and be making trouble?

I thought you had to wait like 7 days to file? I would contest considering the time frame you probably have a good chance at winning. Im assuming this is physical goods?

Someone I sold an item to filed a CLAIM against me like 2 or 3 days after he paid. I just refunded him. Just refund this idiot and move on.

Refunds don't count against your Paypal account.

the refund sounds best. but i bet you receive a negative feedback too. and if it's a new ebay account, that account would be pretty screwed.

Yeah, it's a physical item. I'm going to call papal ad see what they say.

make sure you call from the same number thats on your account...or a number not associated with any of your other accounts (If you have any)

Paypal said that this is completely normal. They file a Non receipt dispute as soon as they pay so the seller has to show a tracking number within 10 days or its reversed.
