How often will Ebay review my account?
 

So my account was reviewed on 4/30/2011.

I had some cases that were filed against me a few months ago, which inhibits me from becoming a top rated or power seller.

I have not had any cases opened against me in the past 2 months. How long until ebay will review my account again... so that the cases will disappear, and i can qualify for a 'top rated' or ' power seller account?

Do I have to wait until 4/30/2012?

Every billing period.... Once a month...

1 year for them to remove. It states this in each account within the seller dashboard.

Or get enough feedbacks to drop the percentage of low DSR below the threashold.

As unknown5454 says, go to your seller dashboard to find ALL the information we are discussing.

OP mentioned cases. Cases don't just disappear from increasing feedback. It's 12 months whether you like it or not.

Cases. That's actually easier to deal with than low DSR's. Just sell enough stuff to get the case ratios below 0.5% and 0.3%. No feedbacks needed. You can close the cases by responding to them, but looks like the OP missed the timeframe.

If they were SNAD cases of any kind, there's really no getting around that. Especially when there are multiples of them. eB ay is ruthless with these and will scrutinize you severely for just having a few.
