shall i wait or move on ?
Just got screwed up from ebay.:clap:
After reading this forum i was expecting something like this so i was not shocked frustrated.Thanks to you guys here.
In case you have not seen my previous threads let me tell you i had got this MC something notice from ebay for low dsr and after that i had sold many low cost item to pull out my account from very poor rating to Good successfully.
Last month i sold only 20 items only .There was this buyer from another country who bought item from me and i cancel transaction and refunded money as i ran out of stock for sometime.After some days he left negative because he lost money in Euro to dollar transaction.He claimed his bank and paypal charged him too much for currency conversion so he lost few dollars and did not got his all money back even though i gave him full refund.
My feedback revision cota is over.So i can not correct this negative by throwing some money back at this buyer.
My score for last month was 20 + and 1 negative.Account restricted 100% today morning.Also they have mentioned in email that not to appeal against this but had given me advice to talk to ebay manger {for what dont know???}
My question is shall i wait one month and see if my rating correct itself?i have shot my several buyers quick email to give me good feedback.There are many buyers who have not left any feedback.
I want to know if my rating goes up from poor to Good once again next month will they reinstate my account?I dont mind waiting for one month but is it really worth it?This is my original account.Or shall i just move on and create stealth? |
