First time limited, I have some questions.
 

Hi.

I got limited. All I can do basically is withdraw $500 a month, which actually I think is pretty good.

I myself am a minor. I don't have a bank account. If I open a bank account like tomorrow or something and go to paypal and withdraw $500 this month and $500 next month and so on (I am returning a laptop I just bought and there is probably no way for me to change where I'm getting the money back, also it is not a very common laptop so reselling it might be hard to do if I want most of my money)?

I cancelled all of my ebay listings. So I can withdraw $500 a month to a new minor account?

Second, I have to ship like five more things, but I can't send money on paypal. What should I do for that? I don't have much cash in real life. Actually can I just withdraw from my bank? Or would I have to wait?
