Is my plan flawed in any way?
 

Basically suspended account etc, I bought it up with my mum in a convo and she mentioned she had an ebay account she never used (she bought 3 things like.. last year I think) so said I could have it. After reading the ebay stealth guide I notice it mentions quite a few steps but what about going this route considering the account is already created/established and in a family members name?

- Made a 2nd user on my PC, I log on to that if I check that ebay account
- I also disconnect my internet and use a prepaid internet USB dongle whenever I login to that account
- I listed 2 items today and will list a few more in maybe 2-3 days
- After I receive good feedback and all seems promising I'll start listing higher volumes

Is there anything wrong with this? If they do an IP check, its a different internet connection plus different PC user. If they do a name check, it may match but will show my mum has had the account for a long time thus belongs to her, not me.

(I am still appealing my suspension as I don't feel they have grounds considering I am honestly trying to keep every customer happy - and this is from an account with a 616 feedback (98.7%) rated account. Thanks all!)

Do you live in the same house as your mom?

Good news is every time I connect with my USB connection its a different IP address.
We both use separate PO BOX's for all of our mail but no we don't use the same PO BOX.

You seem to have grasped it pretty well. One thing though about address, when you sign up for ebay they always ask for a residential address, not just a PO box. You guys may still have the same residential address for ebay if you live in the same house. Even if their botys havent picked it up yet, they will when a/c gets more active ra ra ra....Watch out. And I'd say create a totally new totally stealth account now anyway as a back up. just let it age, use it if things go wrong with your other one. good luck
