Is it ok to feed eb ay my PPal info for creating selling account, only?
 

I'm creating a new stealth account on eb ay.
I already have a ppal stealth account.
When turning my eb ay account into a seller account, it asks for my method of paying my fees.

eb ay asks for either a credit card, or my ppal account.
Can I give it my ppal account at this step, even tho I plan to never pay my fees using ppal? My plan is to always pay my fees before they are due, using a gift card. So, since eb ay won't take gift cards when creating a sellers account, is it ok to give it my ppal account for this purpose only? Not for paying?

You could always use a debit card from your bank account to set up account/pay the fees. It seems that you could also use Paypal, even though some ppl have mixed opinions on that.

Well, again, I plan on using a prepaid CC to pay my fees.
This is just to get past the Seller account creation.
Is it dangerous to feed eb ay my ppal account email address, just for making the seller account?

I mean, when creating my auctions, I need to fill in my ppal account email address, so eb ay will have that address at that point, so is there any reason not to give eb ay my ppal address when creating my seller account?
