- Create a name (Thinking of using my dads name/info as its easy to get)
- Mailing address (My parents have a house elsewhere, nothing linked)
- Working phone number (Still working on this as ebay AU can call with a PIN code to verify you, could use a prepaid sim)
- Bank account (Can I use one under my name just with a different bank?)
- Credit Card (Prepaid Credit Card) ..but would I need my dad to purchase it?

yea, you need to buy the stealth guide. but yea, like rsot said, everything needs to be new, and i wouldnt use someone elses name/info unless they know and are ok with it. If anything happens, you dont want someone's name on it that has absolutely nothing to do with your sales on ebay.
