Why is it good to have a seperate buyer/seller account?

I read this a while back, never thought much of it until now. I am starting to create a decent amount of stealth accounts. Just wondering what is the specific difference between a seller/buyer account? And why is it good to have both?

It's good to receive packages addressed to you and avoid unnecessary tied suspensions.

Some people don't bother.

I used to have an account that used real info on my current address, which is suspended now. How can i create a stealth account info that is addressed to me?

For buyer account only, the info is less likely to be banned. Just don't try to turn that into a seller account.

I have a few buyers accounts just to get items I purchase to me for either resale or to use myself.

Far less chance of any issues with a buyers only account.
