I got the eBay Stealth and it really never touched base on this it says i should use a nickname and i did do that once on a second count i made after i got suspended but i messed that account up and i was wondering if i could just use my real name the i used on the suspended account or will i get suspended again?

Name alone will not get you suspended. I suggest just altering your name a bit. Leave out a letter in your last name or something and you'll be fine. As long as the name is alittle different and you have a new address, ip, etc youll be good to roll!
Ive had to pick up my packages and provide ID once or twice. If you just drop a letter from your name they look either never notice or your able to say that the just misspelled your name. Ive never had a problem!
