Have you guys ever faced this kind of customer?
 
ok, i sold an item yesterday. the buyer paid so i shipped the item today. 2 hours after i sent a message confirm his shipping and tracking number, he sent a message saying he bought it by mistake and said " Can you please cancel this order?" what would you guys do?? i shipped already, theres no way to get it back.

Tell him he will have to return it. Buyers remorse - it happens. Is it on a ste alth account?:pop2:

The bad thing is i sold it on my main account, not my stealth, im afraid he will give me a negative fb.

If you handle it gently he shouldn't. Explain that you like to send out straight away and just ask him to return the item. Should be OK. It's all about communications:D

its his fault,not yours,just be cool about it and say we all make mistakes:)

then tell him just to return it and you will refund when it turns up!

ask him to cancel the transaction so you get your fees back,and you can both get on with your lives:)
