But if it is real, and the person is a member of the royal family and wants to raise $80k for charity, then why not? At least their hearts are in the right place.
If enough people reported it as a scam, no doubt some monkey at eBay would eventually pull it and suspend the acc :D
Off course it would be rectified pretty quickly, but eBays shoot first/ think later attitude towards sellers would no doubt make the papers...
And another note... It's nice to see the rules being bent to suit when eBay feels like it and letting a brand new 0 day account with no feedback list a $80'000 item. Transparency towards sellers? BS!

^ Good find, so eBay are milking the publicity and the opportunity to get some traffic to the site. Which anyone would. It's all for a good cause anyway, suppose the charity need the exposure just as much as eBay.
