Default Is there any way to change the feedback i received?

A buyer just bought my item, right after he paid he leaves a neutral feedback and the comment is good. Is there any way i report to ebay about it? I was thinking about sending a message to the buyer and discuss with him about it.
Anyone had this kind of buyer before??

yes, be nice to the buyer and ask if they will retract the FB and revise it to a positive. [although a neutral wont hurt you].. you will have to send him a request. remember you get more flies with honey than you do w/ vinegar. Maybe offer him free shipping or 1/2 off depending on the item. then credit his account. use to work for me w/ reasonable. FREE is a powerful [tool] word.

I've had this happen a few times...leaving a very nice FB message but leaving me a neutral or neg FB.
I have always contacted the buyer first and ask them if everything is alright.
I ask them about the neg or nuetral feedback they had left me and that it was very important to me to make sure everything was alright with the order.
Every time i talked with them about it, they changed it. They usually say "oh, i musta checked the wrong box" or something like that. Be nice
A couple times i havent been able to get ahold of the customer that had left me a neg FB, but said everything was perfect in their remarks. I then contacred Ebay about it and it usually took about 3-5 days and the neg feebback was removed.
I dunno if i would try thia with ste alth tho.
if its a legite account...be patient and contact the buyer(i have even called them from the phone number on the invoice0 first and then if you can't get ahold of them...let Eb ay know.

Request the Feedback revision - do this as a seller and keep the buyer posted. Communicate to close this issue out.
