I've had this happen a few times...leaving a very nice FB message but leaving me a neutral or neg FB.
I have always contacted the buyer first and ask them if everything is alright.
I ask them about the neg or nuetral feedback they had left me and that it was very important to me to make sure everything was alright with the order.
Every time i talked with them about it, they changed it. They usually say "oh, i musta checked the wrong box" or something like that. Be nice
A couple times i havent been able to get ahold of the customer that had left me a neg FB, but said everything was perfect in their remarks. I then contacred Ebay about it and it usually took about 3-5 days and the neg feebback was removed.
I dunno if i would try thia with ste alth tho.
if its a legite account...be patient and contact the buyer(i have even called them from the phone number on the invoice0 first and then if you can't get ahold of them...let Eb ay know.
