How do you manager buyer messages when you have multiple accounts?
 

I'm looking to reduce time spent on logging in/out of accounts to respond buyer messages. What is your method to manage communication with buyers efficiently on multiple accounts?

i use chrome and i have installed an extension called switch cookies.
that helps me a lot

They also have one for firefox called cookie swap so can have multiple logins opened in different tabs with different cookie profiles at the same time without leaking between tabs, of course you would have the same ip though.

Use Outlook or ThunderBird
 

When I get question via email I don't click any of the link I just copy and paste the email address and response that way. I mean the actually email address..most cases when I answer the question they just go away. Also, it help b/c I can response with iphone using there real email address..NOT going though ebay email

Only thing is not everyone has their email address visable in the ebay message.

All my account emailsgo to my balckberry--I just respond directly to the ebay message from there.

Im currently selliing fairly low dollar items. Its rarely worth it for me to answer questions on open auctions. Usually those buyers are more trouble than they are worth. All the information they need is in my listings.

I do make sure I respond quickly to my actual buyers though.

Why not just stay logged into each and everyone of your Gmail or yahoo email accounts in different browsers without clicking any email. Once you get an email message - you will notice quickly then you switch IP, and windows user and go to the account and answer/accept offers.

Don't know what you sell, but for what I sell I am the only source so I don't need to rush to answer. I just log in to each of my 9 accounts twice a week to print labels.

You can answer emails from your normal email account instead of going through ebay messaging.

I just reply straight from gmail, easy to keep logged into as many gmails as you want :).
