changing current address and name on ebay

can i change the name and address in primary return shipping address on ebay?

will the name get linked if the register user name is the same as the one got suspened? The address is totally new tho

Never use a suspended name again.

Change it up if you have to but never use the same name of a suspended account.

Name is not such a HUGE issue but vary it up - new address is new: good.
