How do you make a seller account??

Call me a moron but I don't see how you make a seller account on Ebay before you sell your first item. How do you do that? I don't want to sell anything and just open a seller account so it can age but how?

Yeah, good link, better for stealth than listing an item to open an eBay seller account.

The best way here is to simply RE-READ your Stealth Book. apparently you missed something in it.
