Am I Allowed To Sell Branded Trial Size Products on EB
 

Hi

does anyone know of the legalities regarding repackaging branded products into trial sized purchases?

Am I allowed to do this?

ps: the products are not @@@@ or Vero (well - not the risky kind)

Interesting concept - as an example if you bought a box of cornflakes and made 10 x 100gr packs out of a kilo - I'm assuming that's what you are saying.

The only problem I could see would be in the packaging in that it could not have the brand name on it. Whether you could mention the brand name in your listing is, I would have thought, something you would need to discuss with a lawyer.

Ive seen it done b4 - with high-end perfumes. Im not sure if the seller is still active - i must try to find her as I recall her selling these about 4 yrs ago so if she's still up & running :clap:
