Consequence over 100 items/$5000 limit

I am wondering what if I reach this limit during a month, will the ebay limit my account and asking for some proof OR I just can not list any more for the rest of the month?

My second question is how can we know our current limit, any way to tell?

Thank you:clap:

If you have reached your selling limit/price limit, then when you try to list/modify an item it will simply say you reached your limit, and wait for next month. No suspension, penalty, or anything. I called to raise my limited and they raised it from 10/$1,000 tp 100/$5,000 and they said a month after to call back, and it will get unlimited. They just want you to prove yourself as a legitimate seller with no issues. Stay away from VeRO or anything that will get you in trouble, or possible bad feedback, and in a month or so you will be unlimited.

Once you reach your monthly selling limit, when you try to list a message will come up saying you have reached your monthly selling limit.

You will have to wait till the next month until you can start listing again. Eb will not ask for proof or anything.

I dont know the answer to your 2nd question but I would like to say its worth having a few accounts if you need to sell more than your current selling limits and incase one of them gets done you still have another to play with.

There is a way to check by hovering your mouse over Sell tab or something like that - personally, I have just waited a bit and open other accounts.

why do people comment on a question when it has already been answered? post just to post? i see it constantly. someone will answer a questions and the person below will say the same exact thing

When I get close I let that account sit and move on the other accounts until the next month rolls around.

My folders are sorted by current listings, waiting ( as in next month c/o limits ), waiting to list on, aging as in letting time go by etc.

As mentioned many times in many threads.

Multiple accounts is key.

As you know. "Multiple accounts is key" ;)

Many new members seem to over look this at first. I'm not one for 'what if I hit my limit' 'how can I raise my limit on my 1 day old account' etc
