Buyer lied about not getting item. Help!
 

There was a buyer in a different country, and they lied about not getting an item.

They won the case because i didn't have the tracking #

Now i have the tracking # and can prove is shows delivered to their city.

What is going to happen now?

Why didnt you have the tracking number when it was needed?

I dont know if you can do anything now other then file an appeal and add the tracking information.

Delivered to their city is no way the same as delivered into their hands.

When the claim was happening what did you do about tracking then?

Did tracking happen B4 or after the problem ? :suspicious:

In my experience once a case is closed it is closed.. you should probably call paypal and see if there is anything they can do. How recently was this dispute closed?

The dispute was closed last week. and i know i know how stupid can i be?
I didn't have it during the case because i misplaced it.

Dispute is closed and you don't have any number proof - sounds pretty simple what an outcome would be =(

some couriers dont show signature for privacy reasons, if it does not show tracking signature online, you can get a hard copy of it from courier if you ask, via email. Anyway, the case is closed now...

I have had this happen actually, Contact paypal and they should reopen it as an appeal. IF then they like what they see by way of confirmation of delivery then you might be fine. (dont count on that though)

I was told that I shoudlnt even try it but did anyway and had good luck with it. Its worth the email or phone call for sure.

Oh yeah I re-read the post - you have the tracking - call up pp and force it open.

that is bad...i have one greece buyer asking me to send to greece... i was hesitant, and it cost a lot to send there $55. so i told him i can send but you need to pay for insurance which cost you another $15. with tracking and insurance i think it wont go any wrong...

i think you must let it go for now..!!
and for future, you must insert the tracking number, its a holly number for us seller i think....
