From June, my several stealth account get MC999 limition

these account is low feedback(0-30), 6 monthes old

After I set up them, I never use it. When I use them this month, a lot of MC999.

It's never happen before, did ebay change some rule?

are ther anyone can solve the problem?

Its what u listed that will get u anything that is brand name that can be f a k e d will get u under review then once ur under review they will check everything to make sure ur legit. like address and name and ect ect

Let me guess, you are selling iphone 4G's.

Are you selling VERO items? That is probably your answer for sure.

anything iphone will get u under review. even if its a sticker that says iphone u will be treated same as if it was a iphone4

so how can I avoid the MC999?
create feedback before I list?
or list 1 time per week?

iphones is VeRO legit or not its still VeRO ebays going by the "Shoot first ask ?'s later" saying.

That's your answer as to why you keep getting hit with MC999.

As for the OP, selling software (most probably bought from China I'm guessing) is a big no no.

Apple are part of the Vero programme.

If they are they're not on the list anywhere, I used to sell iphones and never got them removed of course I always at least 20+ feedback and I still today sell iphone cases on new accounts no problems either.

I don't sell Apple so your better placed with that sort of info.

Though I do remember that last year, Apple were using Vero to remove the white iPhones being sold.

Could be but I just checked the vero list and they aren't listed, they might of just chosen not to be listed or something.

Yeah, I thought they must have decided not to be listed on there for whatever reason, but obviously must still be able to have listings removed if they request.

I just noticed that the link states:

"This list of rights owners DOES NOT include all rights owners that report through the VeRO Program. These are the rights owners that have chosen to post About Me pages. Many other rights owners have chosen not to maintain an About Me page."

^^^ Haha, you guys just figured this out...

They are simply too much of a risky item to sell to start off on a new account. Sell other things that are not so risky, after getting some feedbacks, then start selling iphone 4s.

You're actually much safer selling generic iphone clones ;)

This is the best way i find out lately..List any unbranded worthless shi t,Then after that list your high risk item,next day,another worthless followed by the vero or high risk item,do this in every account and you will not get down..

I already knew that any rights owner can be part of the Vero program, I had never even really looked at the Vero about me page before.

Only looked becuase I wanted something 'official' to post.
