Seller Team email sent to selling restricted account

Hi

Can anyone please advise - eb have sent me a teasing email from the seller team "Fee Changes for Private sellers". :mad2:
This account was indefinately restricted from selling a few mths ago - but I was expecting some decent dsr's to come in.

Is this standard - i thought i was off their seller list, should i risk having a look?
