Also i have a name i want to use SubOrbital (<-- Taken name by some one else) but the name i used for my suspended account is SubOrbital2011 possible to use a different variation of this name? like Sub_Orbital? by the way im changing my name i already have a current name im not creating a account

I know their algorithm can see duplicate descriptions so if I list the same item more than once, they flag and end my other auctions. I need to vary it a little bit by a few characters. I would suggest you do similar.

brog1330 06-23-2011 10:48 PM

just a couple of characters? simple enough take out some commas or a couple of sentences

KingRay 06-23-2011 11:40 PM

I personally wouldnt do it. Its just not worth getting caught up with suspensions and limitations. stealth means stealth. Not sort of stealth.

It may work but I would not do it. I would change it up completely.

Yes, if the flag your account for VERO you have to change your pic and ad completely. The killbots look for word and picture byte size match.

Find a software that changes the wording for you automatically.

I cannot think of it but there was a very good software that changed your wording for you rather easily.

So the answer is no, do not duplicate anything on multiple accounts.

I got a quick question here. Lets i am selling shoes. I bought 100 pairs of the same exact shoes. I put it up for auction. Lets say i want to list another pair, can i just click sell similar and list it the same exact auction again or do i have to change up the wording in the auction to make it a little different.

When using different ebay accounts that you wish to keep un-linked it is always a good idea to change the listing style and wording to make the accounts stealth as possible.

I would say that's the most profound answer you can get - answers everything IMO

What about for the same account. I dont need to change wording right, just relist?

Imakemoney 06-24-2011 06:10 PM

No theres no reason to change the listing for the same account.

What possible reasons could there be for this?

The main reason listings need to be edited/changed is to prevent accounts getting linked, and when its all on the same account this is not applicable.

brog1330 06-26-2011 06:33 PM

I'm only using one account the policys are from my old suspended account i changed the wording do you think im okay?

Imakemoney 06-26-2011 06:39 PM

I would change the listings so they dont appear as they did on your old account yes.

Also dont use the same images.

brog1330 06-26-2011 09:11 PM

I use Auctiva the change all the time the only thing thats ever the same is the policys

KingRay 06-27-2011 01:21 AM

You can click relist all day long when these end. As long as you are selling on the same good account.

as said above, there is no reason to change up wording or anything else for another auction of the same item in a good account.

brog1330 06-27-2011 09:53 AM

Just got the MC010 any way around it?

besttimedeals 06-27-2011 10:17 AM

OK, to clear this up.

If you got hit for VERO or suspended account. You should change the pic and ad description to avoid getting hit by the killbots.

If you want to list more than one item with the exact same ad title and ad description, you will have to list one auction with the number you have for sale.

If you want multiple auctions of the same item, you will have to change the Ad title so you don't get hit with listing duplicate auctions.
