FR%OMM002 I have to verify account... Please Help
 

Hi, i just got the dreaded message from eBay stating that i have to fax in some documents to reinstate my selling account.

This account is stealth and i used my brothers identity. He didn't have a problem with helping me get all the info.

Anyways, i have four main issues.

1. My address on my brothers drivers license which i have to fax is not the same as the address i have listed on my account.

2. The address that is on the license is known to be suspended.

3. I have invoices for only a few of the items i have sold which were honest and brought from PayPal. I know the items that likely got me the ban but they were replicas from china so i do not have an invoice.

4. I have another account with zero feedback that has all the same info. Since i never really got suspended and right now i am just restricted is it safer to just forget about this whole process and just go to the account with zero feedback?

Howdy, similar thing happened to me. And based on my experience I would suspect eBay will just upgrade your restriction to indefinitely suspended once your documents are reviewed. The different address thing would be a BIG no, no in their eyes. And not having docs for some of your items wouldn't help either. Unfortunately I think the account is doomed.

I would recommend to purchase the stealth guide and study it and study it well!

How did it actually get to this anyway? Did they give you an opportunity to call in and verify your details over the phone with some of their questions? Or did they go straight to the ol' send in your documents trick?

IMO it's time to dump and start again. Others will disagree but unless you have some access to quality docs you are doomed.

pretty simple

I have faxed in docs 3 times only saved one. Used high quality docs. If it is a new account not worth the time and effort.
