What should I do?

I am trying to sell in the video games-games category, with a fixed list pricing, with a stealth account (new)(all confirmed), and its saying I need to confirm my personal identity, but it fails when I try to. I decided to just list my item in videogames-others, and it worked. Is this because the account is new? I have to wait 90 days for this limit to be lifted?

It wants you to confirm identity because you probably jumped on and listed something right away, not even a new ebayer would do that, you browse around for a little while first and yes most everyone here also has to wait 90 days for the selling limits to be lifted.
